On June 17, 2024, Region 10 issued a Notice of Warning to Colter's Creek Winery LLC, located in Juliaetta, Idaho within the exterior boundary of the Nez Perce Reservation. Colter's Creek violated Section 12(a)(2)(G) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(2)(G) by using pesticides in a manner inconsistent with their labeling. These include minor Worker Protection Standard (WPS) violations, as well as applying a pesticide over the labeled rate.
