On July 9, 2024, Region 3 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESA) that commenced and concluded a matter against Dutchland, Inc. ( Dutchland ).  Dutchland is a concrete manufacturer located at 160 PA-41, Gap, Pennsylvania 17524. The cited violation is discharging without an NPDES permit.  The ESA settles the violations with a civil penalty of $40,000.  The ESA was subject to public comment, which ended on June 21, 2024 with no comments received.
