On January 22, 2025, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving violations of the Industrial Stormwater General Permit by Division Five, Inc, located in Tukwila, Washington. The Respondent is the owner and operator of an industrial facility requiring permit coverage. The Respondent failed to obtain required permit coverage and institute a stormwater management program at their facility. Obtaining permit coverage and instituting a stormwater pollution prevention program will control and limit the discharge of pollutants into the Green-Duwamish River. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $2,500 and has returned to compliance.
