EPA negotiated an Administrative Agreement for Payment of Response Costs by Prospective Purchaser (PPA) with the developer Wilmington Woburn Industrial, LLC ( WWI ) relating to the 51 Eames Street property (Property), which is a portion of the Olin Chemical Superfund Site, Wilmington, Massachusetts (Site).
