On August 19, 2022, Respondent discharged approximately 4,800 gallons of gasoline from a tanker truck at the Site into Grayling Creek and adjacent wetlands. The gasoline was present in Grayling Creek and adjacent wetlands until at least August 23, 2022. Hi Noon agreed to a penalty and an emergency planning and preparedness Supplemental Environmental Project to settle the violation.
