On August 23, 2024, EPA issued a Clean Water Act administrative order to the Town of Waterville Valley, New Hampshire requiring it to submit a Collection System Operations and Maintenance Plan by October 26, 2024. The Town was unable to meet the original deadline for completing this plan outlined in its NPDES permit. The Region worked in close coordination with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services in this matter.
