On 8/12/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to McAbee Farms Feed & Garden Supply LLC, doing business as Grand Prairie Feed & Garden ( Respondent ), of Grand Prairie, TX, for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The CAFO alleges that Respondent distributed or sold an unregistered pesticide, which is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(1)(A). A penalty of $0 was assessed.
