Respondent offered several courses in 2021 and 2022 and did not properly notify EPA at least 7 business days prior to, did not submit updated notifications as required for several courses, and did not, within 10 business days following completion of several courses, submit post-training notifications. Respondent also did not establish and maintain all required records for several courses. Respondent paid the penalty and returned to compliance.
