Respondent offered several courses in 2021 and 2022 and did not properly notify EPA at least 7 business days prior to, did not submit updated notifications as required for several courses, did not, within 10 business days following completion of several courses, submit post-training notifications, and did not implement quality control plan as developed. Respondent has paid the penalty and has returned to compliance.
