Firm conducted renovation activities at an address in Cranford, NJ in 2019 and violated provisions of the RRP Rule by failing to post warning signs, failing to close windows and doors in work area, failing to contain waste properly in work area before removed for storage and disposal, failing to store waste properly under containment, failing to be certified as a firm, and failing to assign a certified renovator. EPA is seeking a penalty and the company's return to compliance.
