Expedited settlement agreement regarding import of 40 chainsaws, 22 jackhammers, 24 mini tillers, 12 brush cutters, 100 outboards, and 66 bicycle engine kits in violation of sections 203 and 213 of the clean air act, which prohibits the import of engines or equipment containing these engines unless they are covered by valid EPA certificates of conformity or are properly exempted or excluded.
