On October 5, 2022, EPA inspectors conducted an SPCC inspection at the Pilot Thomas Logistics facility. The inspectors found numerous SPCC Plan and field violations. After working with the facility for 1.5 years, the EPA offered an expedited settlement agreement to encourage the facility to return to compliance. The facility returned to compliance on 9/11/24.
