## Summary

On September 18, 2024, EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to simultaneously commence and conclude an enforcement action against Rel-Tech Electronics, Inc. of Milford, Connecticut.  The ESA addresses alleged violations of Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136e for failure to file or timely file an annual pesticide production report in connection with a registered pesticide producing establishment and requires Rel-Tech Electronics, Inc. to pay a $1,400 penalty.
