## Summary

On September 23, 2024, EPA issued CWA Order to Massachusetts Department of Transportation for their facility in Ashland, Massachusetts for failure to submit DMRs pursuant to their CWA NPDES permits authorized to discharge under the Dewatering and Remediation General Permit (DRGP).
