Respondent violated requirements of the RCRA hazardous waste management program including updating notification of regulated waste activity, reviewing and amending the contingency plan when the list of emergency coordinators changes, demonstrating the length of time that universal waste was accumulated, training employees with the proper handling and emergency procedures for the type(s) of universal waste handled at the facility, placing hazardous waste in containers, and preparing and submitting a Biennial Report to the Director by the due date.
