On 9/30/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use and Removal Order on Consent (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to FIFRA to Yazen Corporation. The SSURO was issued in response to the sale of an unregistered pesticidal product at the Quick Way Corner Store in Irving, TX, which was inspected on 6/25/24. The SSURO requires Yazen Corporation to comply with the pesticide regulations of FIFRA and provide additional sales, distribution, and marketing materials for the unregistered pesticide found during the inspection. Yazen Corporation must respond to respond to EPA with the requested information in Attachment A no later than 30 days after the filing of the SSURO on consent.
