The facility stores and processes hazardous substances subjecting them to the EPCRA section 312 annual hazardous chemical inventory reporting by submitting EPCRA Tier II forms.  Facility failed to submit their 2019 and 2020 Tier II forms and submitted their 2021 Tier II form almost three months past the due date. The Tier II forms notify state and local emergency responders of hazards at a facility.
