EPA entered into an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) with Timberlane Auto, LLC in Ronan, Montana to address two storage yards without stormwater permit coverage. The AOC requires Timberlane Auto to obtain multi-sector general permit coverage for the main facility located off Timberlane Road in Ronan. The main site is approximately 33.6-acres, with approximately 10-acres not controlled with best management practices. The AOC requires the removal of all vehicles (approximately 600), from an approximate 10-acre site the facility owns, by June 1, 2025, or obtain permit coverage for the site. Approximately 18,048 pounds of pollutants will be reduced and/or removed through these actions.
