On September 26, 2024, EPA filed a CAFO that settled EPA's enforcement action against J&G Manufacturing, LLC for an alleged violation of FIFRA Sections 12(a)(1)(A) and 12(a)(1)(E). The CAFO alleges J&G Manufacturing for the production, sale, and distribution of multiple pesticide products that are unregistered and misbranded. J&G Manufacturing, LLC agreed to pay a civil penalty of $100,000 to resolve the violation.
