On April 3, 2024, the EPA Headquarters issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Ferber Enterprises USA LLC (Ferber), ordering the company to immediately stop the sale or distribution of pesticide products that the EPA had reason to believe were being offered for sale in violation of FIFRA sections 12(a)(1)(A).
