On March 12, 2025, Region 10 entered into a Clean Air Act (CAA) Administrative Compliance Order on Consent (AOC) with MRFB, LLC in Pocatello, Idaho. The AOC requires the company to conduct a cleaning of the facility and to comply with requirements in CAA Section 112 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Asbestos, 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart M.
