The EPA obtained evidence through an on-site inspection that from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, Continental Cement Company, LLC (Respondent) failed to properly conduct and record observations of opacity. It is a violation of Section 63.1350 of the CAA to fail to follow procedures specified in Method 22 of appendix A-7 to part 60, Title 40, Chapter I. The EPA alleges that Respondent has committed a total of 274 violations of CAA ? 63.1350(f)(2).
