On 10/21/24, EPA Region 6 entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act with Jupiter 120 LLC, located in Garland, Texas. The CAFO was entered into in response to violations of the Lead Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule in 40 C.F.R. section 745. The CAFO requires Jupiter 120 LLC to return to compliance and pay a penalty of $44,316.
