EPA issued an Administrative Order (AO) under the authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.) to Chevron USA, Inc. in response to DMR effluent violations, non-receipt violations, and BSEE inspection violations. Chevron USA, Inc. must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
