On May 20, 2024, EaglePicher Technologies (EPT) disclosed violations of TSCA section 5 manufacturing and processing notices requirements when it failed to comply the Rule entitled ?Restrictions on Discontinued Uses of Asbestos; Significant New Use Rule? found at 40 C.F.R. 721.11095. EPA determined that EPT met the conditions of the New Owner Audit Policy and resolved the disclosed violations with a Notice of Determination.
