On March 10, 2025, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving CWA violations of the state of Alaska's Multi-Sector General Permit for industrial stormwater discharges by Alaska Airlines at its Petersburg Station in Petersburg, Alaska. Alleged violations included failure to maintain quarterly visual assessment documentation and failure to update the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan as required by the permit. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $820, and has returned to compliance.
