EPA entered into a consent agreement and final order with Packaging Products Corporation, LLC, and Plastic Packaging Technologies, LLC, regarding issues raised in inspections conducted on May 23 and 24, 2022, and March 23 and 24, 2023. Respondents certified in the order that they are now in compliance with the requirements of RCRA.
