Respondent imported pesticides which were not labeled with the EPA establishment number of the facility where the pesticide was last in production. A Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices was not filed prior to the shipment's arrival in the United States. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $16,225 and relabel the product to bring it into compliance with FIFRA.
