Approximately 4.5 acres of disturbed land with construction activities covered under NYSDEC CGP. Unauthorized discharge of turbid stormwater off-site into a forested pond which is a tributary to Lake Barnabee and the West Branch Mongaup River and ultimately the Delaware River.
