On February 20, 2025, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Sticks & Stones Construction LLC located in Post Falls, Idaho, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule. EPA Region 10 alleged Sticks & Stones Construction LLC failed to maintain all RRP records for a period of three years after performing renovation on a pre-1978 residential property, as required by the RRP Rule. According to the EJ Screen, the target housing being renovated did occur in an area of potential EJ concern for indexes in the State Percentile. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $200.
