On November 25, 2024, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to T & A Saloon & Iron Horse Stables water system (PWS ID# ART000931) in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Public Notice (PN) rule as set forth in 40 C.F.R. ? 141.201. The AO requires Respondent to provide public notice for the violations listed in the Order to its customers, EPA, and ADH within 30 days of receipt of the Order. System is now inactive as of 8/28/25.
