This Amendment to the 2001 Administrative Order on Consent for Removal Action with Emerson Electric Co. adds a new Respondent, Emerald JV Holdings, L.P. with all the same obligations as Emerson. This was done at the request of Emerson whose environmental business was recently acquired by Emerald and makes both parties jointly and severally liable to complete the non-time critical action work remaining to be completed under the Order.
