On January 7, 2025, Region 10 executed an Consent Agreement and Final Order with the City of Boardman for violations of the SDWA at City of Boardman Water System owned and operated by the City of Boardman located in Boardman, Oregon. The water system serves approximately 5000 residents. The Order establishes a penalty of $8,770 for failure to comply with the America?s Water Infrastructure Act Rule including completing a Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and preparing an Emergency Response Plan (ERP). The City of Boardman failed to comply with previously issued Administrative Order requiring completion of the RRA and preparation of the ERP.
