On January 7, 2025, Region 10 executed an Administrative Order on Consent with the City of Boardman for violations of the SDWA at City of Boardman Water System owned and operated by the City of Boardman located in Boardman, Oregon. The water system serves approximately 5000 residents The Order establishes a schedule to correct violations of the America's Water Infrastructure Act Rule including completing a Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and prepare Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
