On December 4, 2024, EPA entered a settlement agreement with Superstratum Co., to resolve liabilities under FIFRA. As part of the agreement, memorialized in a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO), Superstratum Co. will pay a civil penalty in the amount of $12,250. The CAFO resolves Superstratum Co.'s liabilities under sections 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA for 5,885 unlawful distributions of unregistered pesticides and its liabilities under section 12(a)(1)(F) of FIFRA for five unlawful distributions of misbranded devices.
