In December 2024, Region 10 filed an Administrative Complaint to Jackson & Son Distributors, Inc. dba Jackson and Son Oil for its Facility in Seaside, Oregon. Jackson and Son Oil failed to prepare and implement all elements of its SPCC Plan, failed to provide adequate secondary containment for all of its Oil Storage Tanks and Loading Areas, and failed to conduct adequate integrity testing of all its tanks. At this time, Region 10 is seeking a penalty for these violations.
