## Summary

On December 6, 2024, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order (Order) to University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in Dartmouth MA for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. University of Massachusetts Dartmouth was authorized to discharge under the Dewatering and Remediation General Permit (DRGP).
