On February 18, 2025, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving CWA violations at Harris East Investors, LLC's Harris Ranch East Subdivision located in Boise, Idaho. Alleged violations observed during an EPA May 22, 2024 inspection included: tracked-out sediment being swept into storm drains, stockpile located in drainage area, 2 stormwater inlets lacked protection, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan site map lacked required elements and lacking and deficient self-inspection reports and a corrective action log. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $4,950 and has returned to compliance.
