EPA issued an Administrative Order (AO) under the authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.) to Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in response to DMR effluent violations and BSEE inspection violations. Anadarko Petroleum Corporation must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
