Administrative Compliance Order on Consent to resolve the facility violations of the permitting requirements contained in the PR Regulations for the Control of Atmospheric Pollution and the applicable requirements under 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart JJJJJJ (industrial boilers) and 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart ZZZZ (internal combustion engines). Among other things the agreement requires the facility to switch its steam generating boilers from burning bunker/used oil mixture to diesel fuel.
