On December 17, 2024, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent and Final Order under its authority pursuant to CAA violations to Kinetica Deepwater Express - Patterson Terminal located in Patterson, LA. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of the federally-approved Louisiana SIP identified from helicopter flyovers using Optical Gas Imaging technology.
