​​The Consent Agreement and Final Order assesses a civil penalty of $74,400 and includes a SEP in which Respondent agrees to spend at least $282,000 to procure two propane school buses for the Hannibal Public School District #60 to replace two diesel buses from the District?s fleet. On December 14 ? 15, 2022, a duly authorized representative from EPA Region 7 conducted a partial compliance inspection at Respondent?s facility to determine compliance with 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEE. ​
