On DATE, Region 8 issued an Administrative Order (Order) under section 1414 of the SDWA to High Elevation, LLC, (Respondent) based on a determination that the Crooked Creek Guest Ranch Public Water System (System) of Fremont County, Wyoming violated EPA's National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The Order addressed several violations identified from September 2023 to present. Violations include; failure to monitor for nitrate in 2023; failure to monitor for total coliform in April, August, and November 2024; failure to complete a required 2023 Level 1 assessment per the Revised Total Coliform Rule; and failure to collect triggered source water samples per the Ground Water Rule following a routine total coliform positive. The Order requires the Respondent; to ;monitor for nitrate and ;total coliform; complete the required Level 1 assessment, collect the required source water samples, and notify the public of the violations.
