On 1/7/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Arklatex Chemical Specialties LLC, doing business as Chemstation of East Texas (Respondent), in Longview, TX for allegedly failing to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2024, for EPA Est. No. 91589-TX-1, a violation of Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c). Respondent has corrected the alleged violation and has paid a civil penalty of $300.00.
