On August 11, 2025, EPA Region 10 issued an Administrative Penalty Order to Portland Vancouver Junction Railroad LLC ( Respondent?) to address Clean Water Act (?CWA?) violations at Respondent's property in Vancouver, WA. Respondents violated the Clean Water Act by discharging dredged and/or fill material into approximately 4 acres of wetlands adjacent to Curtin Creek without authorization under CWA Section 404. Respondents have agreed to pay a penalty of $65,000.
