On January 15, 2025, EPA entered into an expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) with Procopio Enterprises, Inc., addressing alleged violations of the General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the Trails Edge site in Windham, New Hampshire. An EPA inspection at a residential development operated by Respondent in Windham, New Hampshire found violations that included the failure to install and maintain stormwater pollution controls, to conduct stormwater inspections, and to properly stabilize the site. Pursuant to the Agreement, Procopio Enterprises, Inc. will pay a $5,700 penalty. EPA implements the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program in New Hampshire. The case team consulted with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services on this matter.
