On 1/14/25, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order and Agreement on Consent (SSUROAC) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Selected Brands Inc., located in El Paso, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to alleged violations of FIFRA for the sale of unregistered pesticidal products. The SSUROAC requires Selected Brands to comply with FIFRA and provide additional sales, distribution, and marketing materials for the unregistered pesticides found during the inspection. The SSUROAC will be effective upon issue.
