In a letter written to the Respondent on September 23, 2021 (Letter Notice), EPA alleged the Respondent failed to comply with the New Source Performance Standards for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills, 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart XXX (40 C.F.R. 60.760; 60.769). The violations have been ongoing since at least 2018 and this action resolves Respondent's alleged CAA violations at the Landfill.
