On 1/13/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Emerald 66 Enterprises LLC ( Respondent ), for its facility in Seminole, OK. The ESAFO was issued due to an alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA); specifically, Respondent's failure to comply with the annual establishment registration requirements of Section 7(c). Respondent has agreed to pay a civil penalty of $500.00.
