On November 22, 2024, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Bailey's Zero Hazard of Spring Grove, PA for sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide that was missing the full directions for use and precautionary statement. This is not an area of potential EJ concern. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was copied on this letter.
